Smoothie!

So yummy.  Today my smoothie was:

1/2 banana

3 TBSPs crushed pineapple w/juice

3/4 Cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1 bay leaf, torn into tiny pieces

Blend all together.  (I use an immersion blender, don't like blender jars very much.)
